The Blue Mountains! A Must to see. Well, we decided to hire a car so we would be more independent and we also have to try to drive on the wrong side while we are here :)

Our first stop of our personal Blue Mountains Tour was in Glenbrook Nationalpark where we visited a couple of great lookouts. After that we had a swim in the Jellybean Pool! GREAT!
We visited Katoomba and because we were just loving it we decided to hire the car for three days.

With a little bit of luck we got two beds in a booked out backpacker :) and in the evening we were visiting some more of these great lookouts. We love Blue Mountains! And the smell!

On the second day it was misty and rainy almost all day. BUT we had a second plan; we were visiting the Jenolan Caves which was also fantastic. Already when we arrived there and we had to drive THRU the mountain - WOW! We decided for a tour into the Temple of Baal and were surprised and breathless about this beauty.

After that we made our way to "The Edge". This huge cinema where you can watch a great nature film inclusive helicopter flight and abseiling. Because the screen was so huge we had the feeling to sit in the helicopter!

The third day was misty and rainy, too. But no problem for us. We went hiking with raincoats. This is always fun and with rain - we noticed - there are no lines, there are no tourists in the forest and the trees look sooo much greener. We enjoyed it!

And I will come back with my parents to show them this beauty!
